3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily shipping schedules, ensuring proper receipt of products, supervising warehouse activities, and maintaining efficient inventory practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and establish daily shipping schedules.
• Verify proper receipt of products and address any discrepancies.
• Supervise staging, pallet construction, and accurate product selection.
• Ensure efficient storage of products, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage warehouse processes to achieve inventory goals.
• Lead inspections of inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
