Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store's merchandise is stocked, maintaining a clean environment, operating the cash register, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
  • Give feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Comply with all company policies and uphold document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as a manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
  • Experience in general cleaning duties and following company policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
