Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a high standard of customer service and operational excellence. From cashiering to stocking shelves, you will contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Perform general cleaning duties and handle equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and company equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
