Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts
- Adhere to cash handling policies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and cash register skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma preferred
- Retail experience is a plus
