Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Academic Instructor to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in conducting academic classes, helping students achieve educational goals, and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct academic classes following designated subject areas.
• Promote a positive classroom atmosphere to enhance student motivation.
• Document student records and report behavioral incidents promptly.
• Integrate curriculum resources and activities to support student learning.
• Monitor student progress, track achievements, and provide necessary support.
• Maintain classroom discipline and cleanliness.
• Complete necessary paperwork and evaluations in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the team and assist in inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and certification to teach in the state where the center is located.
• Previous teaching experience with disadvantaged youth preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and relate effectively to students.
• Physical capabilities to meet the demands of the role, including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting.
