Maintenance Technician

Job Description

CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. With attention to detail and excellent time management skills, you will play a key role in maintaining the property and ensuring resident satisfaction. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $24-28/hr, full-time schedule, employee benefits, and additional compensation including a cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities

• Perform a range of maintenance tasks including repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
• Conduct janitorial services and ensure the cleanliness of the property.
• Maintain the pool and spa to ensure functionality and safety.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' apartment maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skills in landscaping, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience with pool maintenance is preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate necessary tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and laws related to property management.
