Job Description

We are looking for motivated RN New Grad Residency candidates to join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. As an integral part of the healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide patient care, collaborate with medical professionals, offer support to patients and families, and oversee team members.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health through the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families.
• Supervise assigned team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous healthcare or service industry experience preferred.
• Required licenses and certifications as per state regulations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
