Job Description
Join the team at Great Falls Clinic Hospital as an Admission/Discharge Nurse, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a registered nurse, you will work closely with providers, nursing managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients throughout their hospital stay, from admission to discharge.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care following the nursing process.
- Complete medication reconciliation, health history, and education for admissions and discharges.
- Provide direction and support to healthcare staff across various departments.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Nursing Program with MT RN licensure.
- Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and BLS within 6 months of hire.
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing and proficiency in IV skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic office skills.
