Area Manager, Critical Infrastructure

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure at our data center(s). As an Area Manager, you will lead a team to ensure seamless operations, achieve uptime targets, and drive efficiency improvements across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own overall operation and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment.
• Lead and mentor a team of managers, engineers, and contributors.
• Identify and implement operational and financial efficiencies.
• Create and follow company policies and procedures.
• Oversee disaster recovery exercises and facility installations.
• Prepare reports, conduct training, and ensure equipment operation and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• Experience in critical infrastructure and root cause analysis.
• Certifications in electrical or mechanical disciplines preferred.
