Job Description: Area Manager, Critical Infrastructure

We are looking for a dedicated Area Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure within our data centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring mission-critical uptime, leading a team, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Own overall operation and maintenance of data center equipment.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices.
• Create and present business cases for operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive change toward operational excellence goals.
• Prepare reports on facility performance and customer utilization.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and training material.
• Conduct facility rounds, tours, and equipment monitoring.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of critical infrastructure experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced electrical or mechanical certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of data center experience.

Physical Requirements

• Sit, walk, stand, and lift as needed for the role.
• Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.

Base Pay Range

• Expected salary range: $112,700 - $145,400 annually.
