Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist in managing store operations, supervising team members, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Your responsibilities will include developing action plans, training employees, monitoring performance, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Train and coach team members to enhance their performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and manage cash transactions.
