Job Description
We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a CNA, you will work closely with Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide high-quality care to patients/residents, assisting with their activities of daily living (ADLs) and ensuring a compassionate and caring environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with ADLs under the supervision of a Nurse.
- Ensure a high standard of service for patients and their families.
- Maintain a compassionate atmosphere that respects individual patient/resident needs and rights.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program.
- Current CNA certification.
- Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients and respond to their needs.
