Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I role at Flexential is a critical position that provides 24x7x365, market-based physical and Level II technical support to customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly, maintaining professional conduct, troubleshooting technical problems, following company policies, and supporting data center operations.

Required qualifications for this role include a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, familiarity with Windows and Microsoft operating systems, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. Additionally, a year of experience in an IT support environment and relevant certifications such as Network +, Security +, CCNA, or Microsoft MCP/MCSA are preferred.

Physical requirements for the position include the ability to climb ladders, work in cold environments, lift heavy objects, maneuver pallet jacks, and install cabling.

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $19.33 - $22.67, with actual compensation based on candidate experience, location, and qualifications.
