Job Description
Aldi is seeking current college students pursuing their undergraduate or post-graduate degree for the role of District Manager. This position offers real responsibility for supervising an entire Aldi district, overseeing up to six stores, and driving sales growth with the goal of making a lasting impact on the organization. The successful candidate will benefit from up to 44 weeks of paid training to prepare for this dynamic role within the company.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
- Develop action plans to improve operating results.
- Lead store personnel development, recruitment, and advancement activities.
- Monitor store conditions, compliance with policies, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
Job Qualifications
