Job Description
Our District Manager Internship at Aldi offers a unique opportunity for current college students to gain real-world experience. You will work closely with district managers, gaining insights into running multi-million dollar businesses. Successful completion of this internship may lead to a full-time opportunity upon graduation.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism
- Learn store operations under the guidance of a store manager
- Participate in store tours and customer satisfaction activities
- Assist with administrative tasks and operational procedures
- Collaborate with the team to enhance store conditions and performance
Education and Experience
In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field

- Work cooperatively in a team environment
- Demonstrate initiative, organization, and strong communication skills
