Job Description
Learning Grove, a prominent nonprofit early childhood education provider in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, is looking for an enthusiastic Early Head Start Teacher to join our team. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual children's needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment following Constructivist Theory principles.
- Foster social-emotional learning and positive play experiences among children.
- Collaborate with parents and team members to ensure the overall well-being and development of children.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED, CDA, Associate's degree, or in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience working with young children and implementing classroom management strategies.
