Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Associate to join our team at Glassybaby LLC. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in selling glassybaby products and accessories, promoting the brand, and providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over various communication channels. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining inventory, showcasing products, and sharing the glassybaby giving message with customers.

Primary Duties

• Sell glassybaby products to meet store sales targets and uphold the brand image.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers.
• Maintain the store's appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organizing inventory.
• Operate Point of Sale system accurately and address any transactional issues efficiently.
• Promote brand awareness through customer interactions and community engagement.

Requirements

• Demonstrate teamwork, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for glassybaby products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iPhone, iPad, and Outlook.
• Prior customer service and luxury brand sales experience is advantageous.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 35-50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Good vision, manual dexterity, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions and noise levels.
