Job Description
Insight Surgical Hospital is a leading minimally invasive surgical center and clinic known for exceptional patient care. We are currently looking for a compassionate and team-oriented Registered Nurse to join our dedicated medical staff at our Warren, Michigan location. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-quality peri-anesthesia nursing care in our PACU and Med Surgery departments. Responsibilities
- Administer peri-anesthesia nursing care for patients across all ages.
- Provide pre and post-operative clinical care to patients.
- Supervise and guide PACU or pre-operative staff members.
- Interact professionally with patients and staff, maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Communicate effectively and proactively in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in nursing.
- Michigan RN licensure and current BLS certification.
- ACLScertification within 60 days of hire.
- Previous experience in PACU, ambulatory care, critical care, or general nursing preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality patient care.
