Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate team at Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health. As a Renal Dietitian, you will provide essential services and nutritional education to dialysis patients, helping to optimize their well-being in a chronic-care setting. Responsibilities
- Assess the nutritional status of patients and provide tailored nutrition interventions.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plans based on assessments.
- Develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for each patient.
- Offer nutrition education and counseling to meet patient needs.
- Monitor and adjust nutrition interventions based on patient progress and lab results.
- Collaborate with medical teams and patient care staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State Licensure in Maryland or applicable state.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in clinical nutrition.
- Experience in dialysis setting preferred.
- Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
