Electrical Engineer III

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer III to join Toyo Tires NA at our cutting-edge manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As part of our innovative team, you will design, test, install, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment, with a focus on enhancing our manufacturing processes for tire production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, test, and install electronic equipment for manufacturing and power systems.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure efficient and process-capable equipment.
• Research, analyze, and design products and systems to improve manufacturing methods.
• Oversee fabrication, installation, and maintenance activities to meet engineering standards.
• Interface hardware, software, and mechanical systems to optimize performance.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design and modify electrical controls for machinery productivity.
• Program and troubleshoot controls with expertise in motion controllers.
• Calibrate electrical systems and components.
• Read, interpret, and modify PLC and Servo programs.
• Manage projects from concept to completion.
