Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Process customer purchases efficiently and maintain clean checkout areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management by monitoring accuracy and participating in inventory counts.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and floor scrubbers safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
