Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the team, you will create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional behaviors outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent service.
- Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
