Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role will involve enhancing the shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in operating store equipment and performing cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
