Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
