Job Description

As an Insurance Advisor at Comma Insurance, you will be responsible for providing prospect-focused insurance solutions and expert advice to a growing network of referral partners and clients. Your role involves offering property, casualty, and life insurance products tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families, ensuring their protection and peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with prospects, clients, and colleagues to build trust and rapport.
• Equip prospects with the necessary information to make informed insurance decisions through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Develop new business contacts through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
• Manage policy underwriting, documentation, and client-specific records efficiently within Comma's system.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent, valid P&C, and Life Insurance License.
• Prior sales experience and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in technology tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Empathetic listening skills, resilience in overcoming challenges, and proactive prospecting abilities.
• Capability to deliver a client-focused experience across various communication channels.
• Logical reasoning to analyze and provide effective insurance solutions.
