IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician - Local Candidates Only

CTMS, a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is looking for a Full-Time IT Maintenance & Auditing Technician to join our Technical Department. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and possess a mix of IT infrastructure management and monitoring skills. This role involves providing internal support for service contract clients, including real-time monitoring, maintaining documentation, generating reports, managing IT assets, and delivering top-notch customer service. Strong organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct real-time monitoring of IT infrastructure for performance, security, and issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes.
• Generate reports on system and network health and performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Respond to alerts, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, IT certifications, or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and monitoring.
• Familiarity with tools like ConnectWise Automate, SolarWinds N-central, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $38,000-$45,000 annually.
