Job Description
Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time weekend position (7am - 7pm). As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality nursing care for patients according to physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and orderlies.
- Assist physicians during rounds and treatments.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety measures.
- Contribute to research activities related to nursing care quality.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Prior experience in geriatric nursing and CPR certification required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle nursing-related challenges with precision and care.
