IT Support Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at 3SI Security Systems Inc. As the IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will provide technical support to end-users, manage IT projects, and collaborate with various departments to meet the organization's technology needs.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage software licenses, updates, and patches for compliance and security.
• Assist in planning and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Coordinate IT projects and ensure deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology needs and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices for data security and compliance.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

This position is based in Malvern, PA, with a hybrid work schedule and occasional travel commitments.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
