Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in agile or related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Jira experience.
• Expertise in Scrum and XP frameworks.
• Excellent coaching skills.
• Ability to create software delivery plans and manage dependencies.
• Experience in continuous improvement and influencing stakeholders.
