Job Description
Levco Management LLC is hiring a Leasing Specialist for an apartment community in North Chesterfield, VA. This is a full-time position with a schedule of 40 hours per week, including alternating Saturdays. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the apartment management industry, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, touring apartments, managing move-ins and move-outs, and assisting with various property management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Responding to leasing inquiries and giving apartment tours.
- Assisting in developing marketing plans and posting advertisements.
- Processing rental applications, executing leases, and collecting deposits.
- Managing tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Handling maintenance requests and work orders.
- Assisting with administrative and property management duties as assigned.
