Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report condition changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical/vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if employed at a skilled nursing center) or as required by the state of practice.
