Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine (Line) Operator, you will play a vital role in the operation and maintenance of our packing line to ensure efficient production and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the required line speed for optimal performance.
• Coordinate packing line staff to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor product quality according to specifications.
• Communicate effectively with packing line staff to uphold product integrity.
• Collaborate with the Packing Floor Supervisor to manage workflow.
• Ability to work effectively in a group/team environment.
