Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Enterprise Security to join our team at Flexential. In this role, you will lead the design, maintenance, and management of Enterprise Security services to ensure the safety of our assets, personnel, and customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, managing security staff and contracts, and overseeing the procurement and implementation of physical security systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inhouse and contracted security staff and contracts.
- Act as a security subject matter expert and represent Flexential in interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage budgets for security operations and systems.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Expertise in low voltage security systems.
- Experience in managing budgets and procuring security technologies.
- Proficiency in networking and firewall principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in managing projects in a multi-location environment.
- Knowledge of access control and video management systems.
- Experience with Genetec or similar system architecture.
- Certifications in IT-related hardware/software.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Limited travel may be required.
