Mental Health Therapist, Licensed - Adult Outpatient - Relocation Offered

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join Marion County Health and Human Services as part of the Adult Outpatient Program. As a valued member of our team, you will provide mental health therapy to individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illnesses, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to offer comprehensive care and support to a high-risk and underserved population.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Act as a lead clinician, offering clinical consultation and supervision.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and crisis intervention services.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure holistic care delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Oregon State licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum one year of postgraduate experience in behavioral health.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
