We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Comprehensive Care Center team at Denver Health. Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans and treatments in collaboration with healthcare team members.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and communicate findings effectively.
• Work with patients to set goals, evaluate outcomes, and provide support throughout their healthcare journey.
• Supervise and educate other clinic team members to ensure exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare patients for treatments, and promote a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses required.
• Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and competencies.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to react effectively in emergency situations and follow established guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, EPIC documentation preferred.
