Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, part of the LifeBridge Health team. As a Staff Nurse in the Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient clinical care to patients in accordance with healthcare policies and guidelines.
- Deliver care for a variety of complex patients, focusing on professional growth and continuous improvement of patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and oversee clinical patient care during assigned shifts.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med-surge, critical care, or emergency care settings.
- Current BLS certification required; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired; ability to supervise is essential.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn Grace Medical Center specific applications within 60 days of employment.
