Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Grace Medical Center, which offers innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care and support to patients undergoing renal dialysis.
- Offer guidance and direction to staff members to ensure compliance with healthcare policies and regulations.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in nephrology nursing.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surg, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
