Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational excellence.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
