Job Description
ALDI is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Warehouse Operations and other key stakeholders. This full-time position, based in O'Fallon, MO, involves collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain efficient store operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to warehouse management team.
- Communicate effectively with leaders, co-workers, and external partners.
- Create reports for management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and schedules.
- Identify and report irregularities.
- Conduct training and cross-training activities.
- Ensure proper office organization and filing systems.
- Collaborate with the team and support divisional management as needed.

Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
