Job Description

ALDI is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director of Warehouse Operations and other key stakeholders. This full-time position, based in O'Fallon, MO, involves collaborating with internal and external partners to maintain efficient store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to warehouse management team.
  • Communicate effectively with leaders, co-workers, and external partners.
  • Create reports for management decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules.
  • Identify and report irregularities.
  • Conduct training and cross-training activities.
  • Ensure proper office organization and filing systems.
  • Collaborate with the team and support divisional management as needed.

Key competencies include attention to detail, organizational skills, teamwork, time management, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in typing and data entry.

Physical Requirements

The role may be office-based, remote, or a combination. Physical demands include sitting, standing, keyboard use, and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
