With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our comprehensive training program ensures that you have the skills needed to succeed in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for team collaboration and independent work.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
