1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's warehouse team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay).

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to collaborate, show resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
