Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages starting at up to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment.
