Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring orders are prepared for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to achieve goals.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
