As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing schedules, and implementing action plans to enhance overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include mentoring and developing team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
