Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company procedures and uphold security and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience a plus
