Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the core competencies required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
- Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills.
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- High School Diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
