Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store's success by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. behaviors consistently.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of physical tasks and performing cleaning duties.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
