Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are looking for compassionate Caregivers to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to community standards.
- Respond to dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
