Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of seniors.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, adjusting care levels as needed.
• Engage residents in life-enriching activities and programs.
• Collaborate with the community team to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team setting.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
