Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, promote life enrichment, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, attending to care needs and preferences.
• Update Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety.
• Promote resident engagement through enriching activities and dining experiences.
• Adhere to regulations and uphold Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
• Prior experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
